Well-traveled chef John McLaughlin, who learned the art from one of the best Italian chefs around, Pete McAndrews, makes a tomato-mango chutney, which hits the zingy pepper jack cheese, sweet grilled pineapple, and smoky chunks of bacon. While I am certain there will be many more pies between now and then, I am already looking forward to devouring a delicious, hot pie in the work truck come fall and winter. Then I tried the sweet Leilani from the brand new Terra Nova Woodfired Pizza & Grill in Wyndmoor, and aloha. I often get lunch and dinner from a single pie. The price points are both affordable and reasonable (for the quality and portions). The food is fulfilling, satisfying and light. If you are in the area, Terra Nova will not disappoint. You don't want to spend a fortune, and most likely, you don't want to feel like a groggy, sinking stone when you have to go back to work because of what you had for lunch. The new Terra Nova location is actually the fourth local property that John explored seriously in the last four years. You can't really stray too far from the job, you don't want to eat trash coming off a 4hr shift on the rollers at 7-11 or from the steam-bins at Wawa. Gluten-free options at Terra Nova Woodfired Pizza and Grill in Wyndmoor with reviews from the gluten-free community. It can often be challenging to find a decent lunch for a tradesperson (depending on yo ur circumstance).

They just keep it fairly simple (with some gentle twists and turns), take tremendous pride in their food quality (and service!) and consistently produce great meals.

There is nothing wildly “provocative” about the menu. The product (no matter what you order) is always fresh and delicious. I work for a small, local trade company and I am always thrilled when the job takes us within lunch radius of Terra Nova.
